Lawn Care Services
Weekly lawn care services starting at $40 + gst per visit.
Bi-weekly lawn care services starting at $45 + gst per visit.
Each visit will include:

Mowing all lawn areas

Trimming all edges
-
Collecting and disposing of all grass clippings and debris

Blowing off all hardscapes of grass clippings and debris
Snow removal services
Snow Removal Services
Monthly snow removal services starting at $190 + gst.
Seasonal snow removal services starting at $1,000 + gst from the first snowfall until the last snowfall of the season.
Snow removal services include the following:

Unlimited visits following every snowfall

Snow will be cleared within 24 hours of each snowfall, excluding Christmas Day
-
Snow will be cleared once every 24 hours for continuous snowfalls
-
Unlimited ice melt to be used at no additional cost
-
Areas include all hardscapes in the front of the property, including driveway, walkway, and city sidewalk
Year-round services
Year-Round Services
Year-round services starting at $180 + gst per month on a
12-month contract.
Year-round services include the following:

One spring clean-up package, including power raking, aerating, fertilizing, cutting and trimming all lawn areas, blowing out the property of leaves and debris, as well as collecting and disposing of all material

One liquid-chemical weed control application
-
Four fertilizer applications
-
Weekly lawn care from April to July (weather dependent)
-
Bi-weekly lawn care from July to October (weather dependent)
-
One fall clean-up package, including final cut and trim, fall fertilizer, blowing out the property of leaves and debris, as well as collecting and disposing of all material
-
Full winter season snow removal services, as described above
Following the 12-month contract, services will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis.
